Refund Policy

Each ticket ordered will be charged as non-refundable and non-transferable.  
Convention event tickets are non-refundable nor transferable to another event, even if a specific Guest cancels attendance.

Autograph tickets, photo op tickets and meet & greet tickets are subject to selective refunds, should the specific Guest cancel their attendance to the event.

Ticket holders may choose to transfer the ticket to another Guest /Actor still attending the event. Please email hollie@wolfinc.com with your refund request including your original purchase order number. 

 Please be advised refunds can take up to 14 days for processing.

Processing fees (collected by ticket seller platform not VertiCon) are not refundable.

Special note about ticket exchanges (excluding meet & greet tickets): If attendees choose to exchange tickets for cancelled guests to another guest stilI in attendance, please note this is done at the convention. Go to the Check-In desk, and the staff will be happy to help you transfer your autograph, photo op or selfie tickets for a cancelled guest to an attending guest.
