Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY IF GUEST / ACTOR CANCELS
Each ticket ordered will be charged as non-refundable and non-transferable.
Convention event tickets are non-refundable nor transferable to another event, even if a specific Guest cancels attendance.
Autograph tickets, photo op tickets and meet & greet tickets are subject to selective refunds, should the specific Guest cancel their attendance to the event.
Ticket holders may choose to transfer the ticket to another Guest /Actor still attending the event. Please email hollie@wolfinc.com with your refund request including your original purchase order number.
Please be advised refunds can take up to 14 days for processing.
Processing fees (collected by ticket seller platform not VertiCon) are not refundable.
Special Note Regarding Ticket Exchanges
(Excluding Meet & Greet Tickets):
If an attendee chooses to exchange tickets for a cancelled Guest to another Guest who is still in attendance, exchanges must be completed onsite at the convention. Please visit the Check-In Desk, where our staff will be happy to assist with transferring autograph, photo op, or selfie tickets from the cancelled Guest to an attending Guest.

Each ticket ordered will be charged as non-refundable and non-transferable.
Convention event tickets, autograph, Meet and Greet, and photo op tickets are non-refundable nor transferable to another event or Attendee.

REFUND POLICY FOR VERTICON CONNECT (VIRTUAL SESSIONS)
Each Online Event ticket ordered will be charged as non-refundable and non-transferable.
Session dates and times are subject to change without notice due to Guest scheduling requirements. Changes to a session’s date or time do not constitute grounds for a refund.
In the event a Guest cancels entirely, ticket holders may choose one of the following options: transfer their ticket to a future event, transfer to another Guest (subject to ticket availability), or request a refund (subject to approval).
Package tickets covering multiple sessions are valid for up to a total of eight (8) sessions and are NON-refundable, regardless of schedule changes or cancellations. If scheduling limitations result in fewer than eight (8) sessions being available for a single Connect Event, the ticket holder will be granted access to one (1) future Connect session of their choosing for each unfulfilled session, not to exceed a total of eight (8) sessions. (For example, if a package ticket includes up to eight (8) sessions but only five (5) sessions are available during a given Connect Event, the ticket holder may attend up to three (3) individual Connect sessions in a future month.)
