Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") prior to using the www.verticonbwp.com website, operated by Beemer Wolf Productions ("BWP", "Organizer", "us", "we", "our")
By accessing or using the Service ("Event") you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to Attendees ("you", "patron"), visitor or users, and others who wish to access the Event or website. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.
ALL PURCHASES
Each ticket ordered will be charged as non-refundable and non-transferable.
Convention event tickets, autograph tickets and photo op tickets are non-refundable nor transferable to another event.
****Your purchase of these tickets signifies that you agree to follow the rules stated on the site and at the convention.
In certain circumstances (which will be announced at the time), if a Guest cancels and you have purchased separate autograph and/or photo op tickets, including duo or group photo ops with that Guest, BWP may either issue a credit back to the original credit card used for purchase or provide a Credit Voucher.
Credit Vouchers will be distributed onsite at the convention upon presentation of your PDF ticket(s). The voucher may be used toward any available autograph or photo op tickets, or other BWP-produced merchandise. If you prefer a refund instead of using the voucher, you must email the Credit Voucher to BWP within one month following the close of the convention. If a refund is approved, please allow 6–8 weeks for processing. After the refund is issued, standard bank and credit card processing times will apply before funds appear in your account.
Please note: any ticket service fees are non-refundable.
If you wish to purchase any ticket, product or service made available through the BWP or our third party site, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, but not limited to, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
ACCOUNTS TO PURCHASE
When you create an account with BWP or a third-party service used by BWP, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. Please notify us if you become aware of a breach in your information.
VERTICON CONNECT PURCHASES
Each ticket ordered will be charged as non-refundable and non-transferable.
Online Event tickets are non-refundable nor transferable to another event.
****Your purchase of these tickets signifies that you agree to follow the rules stated on the site, at the event, and in this confirmation.
Session dates and times are subject to change without notice due to Guest scheduling requirements. Changes to a session’s date or time do not constitute grounds for a refund.
In the event a Guest cancels entirely, ticket holders may choose one of the following options: transfer their ticket to a future event, transfer to another Guest (subject to ticket availability), or request a refund (subject to approval).
If you wish to purchase any ticket, product or service made available through the BWP or our third party site, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, but not limited to, your legal name, your credit card number, the name and expiration date on your credit card, your billing address, email address and/or your shipping information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected
TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your account, attendance and/or purchase and bar access to the Event immediately, without prior notice or liability, under the sole descrtion of the Organizer, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but no limited to a breach of these Terms.
DISEASE AND ILLNESS DISCLAIMER
By using your purchased ticket you recognize that disease and illness, including, but not limited to, the common cold, Covid, and other communicable viruses may be spread through interaction with other people. BWP event programs may be attended by many, sometimes numbering in the hundreds. Social distancing and other measures at these events is very difficult, if not impossible, to practice and enforce. If you are ill we ask that you remain home and not attend the convention.
CHANGES
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to complete your purchases or view our website you agree to these Terms and Services.
PHOTO AND VIDEO DISCLAIMER
By attending VERTICON, VERTICON CONNECT, OR ANY BWP EVENT, you acknowledge and agree that the event organizers, BWP, and their authorized representatives may capture photographs, videos, and/or audio recordings during the event. These materials may include your image, likeness, or voice.
You grant BWP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such materials for promotional, marketing, or other event-related purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and printed materials. BWP retains the rights to watermark all images, videos and/or recordings owned, produced, or commissioned by BWP prior to release and is under no obigation to release any images, videos and/or recordings without watermark unless otherwise stated in writing.
BWP is not responsible for any photographs or videos taken by third parties, including attendees, during the event.
