By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you do not have permission to access the Service.
PURCHASES
Each ticket ordered will be charged as non-refundable and non-transferable.
Convention event tickets, autograph tickets and photo op tickets are non-refundable nor transferable to another event.
****Your purchase of these tickets signifies that you agree to follow the rules stated on the site and at the convention.
In some cases, which will be announced at the time, if a guest cancels AND you have SEPARATE autograph and/or photo op tickets or duo/group photo op tickets with that star, BWP may choose to credit back the photo op and/or autograph ticket amount to patrons` credit cards OR issue a Credit Voucher, which the patron will receive when they arrive at the convention with the PDF for the item(s). This Credit Voucher is good to use as value towards any available autograph or photo op tickets or other produced merchandise by BWP. If the patron would prefer a refund, they can send the Credit Voucher to BWP`s email within one month of the close of the convention. If it is decided that money will be refunded, please allow up to 6-8 weeks for BWP to issue the refund, then standard bank or credit card rules apply for money to be applied to your account. Please note ticket service fees are not refundable.

If you wish to purchase any ticket, product or service made available through the BWP or our third party site, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

ACCOUNTS TO PURCHASE
When you create an account with BWP, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. Please notify us if you notice a breach in your information.

Disease and Illness Disclaimer
By using your purchased ticket you recognize that disease and illness, including, but not limited to, the common cold, Covid, and other communicable viruses may be spread through interaction with other people. BWP event programs may be attended by many, sometimes numbering in the hundreds. Social distancing and other measures at these events is very difficult, if not impossible, to practice and enforce. If you are ill we ask that you remain home and not attend the convention.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to complete your purchases or view our website you agree to these Terms and Services.
