One of the best parts of a fan convention is the chance to enjoy unique experiences with your favorite stars.

Coordinating those experiences, however, can be complex, especially when many of our Guests are busy artists and creatives with schedules that continue to evolve right up to the event.

At VertiCon, our goal is to create the best possible experience for every attendee. To make that happen, the schedule may be adjusted as needed, including close to the event date, to accommodate Guest availability and ensure fans can participate in as many of their selected activities as possible.

We are committed to ensuring that all attendees are able to participate in their ticketed experiences.

If you have any concerns about making it to a scheduled activity, please speak with a VertiCon staff member and we will be happy to assist you

What happens if I have tickets for overlapping activities or experiences?!

We do our best to minimize overlapping activities when building the schedule, but with so many Guests and experiences to coordinate, occasional conflicts are sometimes unavoidable. Don't worry, we're committed to helping you make the most of your weekend.

For example, if you have an autograph session with one Guest and a Meet & Greet with another scheduled at the same time, simply let the volunteer or staff member managing the autograph line know. Guests with overlapping ticketed experiences will be given priority access whenever possible to help ensure they can attend both activities.

Meet & Greets typically do not begin until all ticketed attendees have arrived, and autograph sessions generally move quickly, allowing most guests to comfortably make it to both experiences.

In the rare event that a scheduling conflict cannot be resolved through normal accommodations, our team will work directly with you to ensure you receive all of the ticketed experiences you purchased.

If you have any concerns during the event, simply speak with a VertiCon staff member or volunteer and we'll be happy to help.

We've got you covered.
